Knowledge Base Creation and Maintenance

Knowledge Base lets you chat with your own content — from simple documents to entire knowledge bases. Think of it as having a smart assistant that has read and understood all your company’s materials—ready to answer questions, find information, and provide insights instantly.

Instead of manually searching through hundreds of documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, or knowledge repositories, your AI agent can access and understand this information automatically. Simply ask questions in plain English, and your agent retrieves accurate answers directly from your own trusted sources.
